Blog Assignment #5

It's very difficult to me write about my favourites pictures, i feel that i have a lot of favourites in photography. This time i chose one picture that i'm proud of have taken. Maybe it's pretentious but i love my pictures and many of them are my favourites.

This picture was taken by me, i love it because the person that is in the picture is very important to me. He is a very creative person and he have big dreams. I think that he will be a very succsessful person. He have helped me many times. This picture, to me, shows the shadow of my friend, and i like it because it's a very particular shadow, it's a free shadow, and maybe represents his personality. He is a little person, but the things that he cuold be are huge, like this fish. It was taken in january in Valparaiso. I like it for the reasons i mentioned above.

Blog Assignment #4 La ciudad y los perros

My favourite book is "La ciudad y los perros" by Mario Vargas Llosa. I don't remember why i read it, but now i'm thinking about it, maybe it was because my brother was reading it and he recommended it to me. The book tells a wonderful story, it's not so complex but require to be careful with any of its texts to understand the whole book.

Broadly the book tells us the story of three young that live in Lima, Perú. They are so different, one of them is from a high middle class, the other is very poor and wretched, and the third is so unhappy and his family is very dysfunctional. They have in common that were admitted in a paramilitary school. Their stories crash in this school and happen a lot of interesting things.

I like it because talks about a reality that is very shocking, i'm talking about poverty, discrimination and a lot of expectations that society demand us. This book have a lot of surprises according as the things happen, so i really enjoyed it.
I recommend it for all people who love interesting stories and want to read an excellent book. If you're looking for a new book, this would be the indicated.

Blog assignment #3 Photographic Camera

My favourite piece of technology is the photographic camera, it was created in 1826 by Joseph Nicéphore Niépce, to take a representation of reality. The first camera was very rudimentary respect the cameras we have today, mainly because digital cameras allow us take pictures of reality instantly combined to other wonders of technology. But in essence the principle is the same in both cameras.

I got my first DSLR camera in the year 2011, and since that moment i have been very happy with it. Principally i use it for express emotions or show the reality as i perceive it. I use my dslr camera too often, but sometimes i didn't have time to take pictures. I like my camera because is a tool for express myself or do some kind of art. My expectations of photography is to be an artist.

Definitively my life would be too different without it, i love photography and really has been useful to me, through photography i have met a lot of people and i have learned a lot of the society, a thing that it's really important if you wanna live and understand what are you living or what is around you.

Blog Assigment #2 Juan Urzua Farias

This term i'm taking six subjects, administrative law, micro-economics, theory of administration, english III, applied statistics and theory of science. I think all teachers that i have chosen are the best in their topic, so i'm happy for that. 
In the other side, i'm taking swimming like a extracuricular so i'm going to the swimming pool of the university,and  i feel so good for that because swimming is relaxing and sports are good for health, everyday that i'm going to swim i feel more relaxed and quiet, and this help me with concentration for the classes. This term i feel university is taking more complicated so i'm not part of any group organized, additionally of that, the timetable is so bad, i have gone home too late everyday.
For this new academic period i expect pass all my subject  with good marks, and have a life outside of university.
